One of the most common things we hear from students looking at careers is they don't know where to begin.
We believe a great place to start is looking at your natural talents and finding complimentary careers as these professions often lead to a more fulfilling work-life.

With the average college course costing nearly $1800 and vocational training costs on the rise, taking classes that won't apply toward your chosen career can add up quickly to a lot of money and time.
The secret to life-long career enjoyment and fulfillment is discovering key attributes about yourself and aligning your career to those.
Check out our weekly blogs where we offer advice and discuss our philosophy, approach, and why we believe it should be the new standard for career seekers. We also interview students and career professionals allowing you to learn from their experiences.
I based my education and career on all the wrong things. I chose a path that others and even myself expected of me. I changed my major, jumped from job to job, and found myself always looking for the next big challenge.
In my mid-30's I was passed over for a promotion which caused me to do some self-reflection. I was tired, bored, and unfulfilled. I was well compensated but that just wasn't enough anymore.
What I had chosen as a career didn't align with my values, passions, or natural talents and I had to reinvent myself once again.
And that got me thinking...
What if there was a way to teach young people how to figure this out earlier? A way to help them start their career in something fulfilling, interesting, and enjoyable?
What if I could save them from the years of struggle and unfulfillment that I and so many others have experienced?
As a result, Project Who Am I was born and I've been helping young people learn about themselves and apply this knowledge to their educational and career pursuits ever since.
I was first introduced to Project Who Am I (PWAI) as a student who was struggling with what career was right for me. As I worked through the exercises to understand what makes me tick and talked through my discoveries with my mentor and other PWAI students, my path forward became much more clear.
I'm now studying interior design in college and excited at what my future has in store for me.
As I've spoken with others about my experience with PWAI, it's been amazing how many people are in the same place I once was and wanting help.
I've now joined Project Who Am I as a coach to help other students as they go through the course, discover themselves, and their careers.
